More about Clint

The owner’s perspective

A different view of coaching.

“I was skeptical of coaching going in. I'd been invited to masterminds and groups and didn't think I needed one. What I didn't have was someone I could talk to about my whole life, not just the business. I have family members that get the business side, and my friends at church get the values side, but nobody had both. After two conversations with Clint, my view of coaching changed. It was exactly what I needed.”

Questions worth asking.

Practical answers before you start a conversation.

Is Executive Coaching right for me?

Coaching is for established owners and leaders whose role needs to evolve with the business. It gives you space to make clearer decisions, develop your people, and focus on the work only you can do.

How often do we meet, and where?

You meet with Clint twice a month. Individual coaching is virtual and available nationwide; scheduling is discussed in your introductory conversation.

What do we work on in a session?

Bring the leadership question in front of you: a difficult conversation, a delegation decision, a manager who needs to grow, or where your time belongs. The work starts with your business.

Is there support between sessions?

Yes. Individual coaching includes support between sessions as you apply the work. Clint will explain how that support works when you discuss the engagement.

How is coaching different from consulting?

In coaching, you examine your decisions, develop your leadership, and put the work into practice. Clint brings questions, perspective, and accountability; you remain responsible for your business decisions.

Do I need to own a franchise?

No. Clint also works with purpose-driven owners outside franchising. The shared focus is clarifying your role, developing the people around you, and growing in a way that fits your life.

What commitment does coaching involve?

Plan for two sessions a month and time to apply the work between them. The length and scope of the engagement are discussed with Clint before you commit.

How much does coaching cost?

Pricing is discussed with Clint after you explore your goals and the support you need. The introductory conversation helps establish fit and the right next step.

Make room for the leader your business needs next.

Talk with Clint about where you are, what is changing, and whether individual or group coaching is the right next step.
