A clearer next step

Questions worth asking.

Practical answers before you start a conversation.

Who will be in the cohort?

Up to six established multi-unit franchise operators from different brands. Owners with 5–15 locations are a core audience; fit also depends on your leadership challenges and willingness to apply the work.

Why join owners outside my brand?

You gain perspective beyond your own system. Peers from different brands bring other ways to approach shared challenges such as developing managers, delegating decisions, and making room to lead.

Is the group confidential?

HPF is designed as a confidential peer cohort. Clint will walk you through the group's participation and confidentiality expectations before you join.

What is the session schedule?

Twelve facilitated sessions over six months, meeting twice a month for 75 minutes. Specific dates are confirmed for each cohort.

What happens between sessions?

You apply the tools to your business, track weekly KPIs with the Owner’s Scorecard, and follow through on your commitments. Plan to make room for this work alongside the sessions; discuss the expected commitment with Clint.

Where do sessions take place?

Ask Clint about the delivery format and meeting arrangements for the next cohort. Those details will be confirmed before you commit.

What is the investment?

Discuss pricing and participation details on an intro call. It is also a chance to explore your current operating stage and whether the cohort is the right fit.

When does the next cohort start?

The next cohort starts October 14, 2026. Book a 30-minute intro call to discuss fit, the schedule, and participation. The cohort includes up to six operators; booking an intro call does not reserve a program seat.

Your next stage does not have to be a solo effort.
