What we collect

When you submit a form or book a call, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• Your answers to business qualifier questions, such as business type, number of locations, cash flow, and coaching budget. These are submitted through forms on this website, including the franchise growth application and the Franchise Health Score, and through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms.
• Booking details when you schedule a call.
• Basic usage data collected through cookies, analytics, and pixels.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Respond to your inquiries.
• Contact you about coaching and your application.
• Schedule calls and remind you about them.
• Send relevant follow-up.
• Improve our website and advertising.

Communications

We may contact you by phone, email, and SMS/text message about your inquiry or a call you booked. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Emails include an unsubscribe link. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Service providers

We use service providers that process personal information on our behalf:

• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector, for our CRM, email and SMS, and scheduling.
• Meta Platforms, for the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and lead forms.
• Website analytics providers, and our website host.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies, analytics, and pixels, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how people use the site and to measure and improve advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook ad preferences and in your Instagram settings.

How long we keep it

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
